Hi, my name is Eric, and my partner Brent Stevens and I want to thank you for taking the time to visit Aviation Acres. We hope the site proves to be a valuable resource for you.

   Aviation Acres was created in 2006.  Like most websites, it took a little time to evolve into what you see today.  The internet is loaded with aviation-related websites that list property on airports, but most are simply "Classified Ad" sites that gave you very little ability to search on anything other than price and maybe location of the property.  We wanted to provide a true database of real estate properties on airparks and airports around the world.  What if you needed a three thousand square foot, four bedroom, three bath home in Florida with a paved 4000+ foot runway...  and you want the airport to also have fuel service?  That's why we built this website, because who wants to read a thousand classified ads to find nothing is available? 
 
   What is Aviation Acres all about? It's about matching pilots with properties. It's that simple. Today in the world of real estate web sites, it's hard, if not impossible, to search most web sites for aviation related properties. That's where we come in. It is our goal to give pilots the best location on the web to look for their next aviation real estate, regardless of the state they are looking in, or if it's listed with a real estate company or a "For Sale By Owner".  Most MLS systems around the country don't even provide information about aviation related properties, that's where we come in!

   We have gone to great lengths to build this site to be as user friendly as possible.  Our three goals while working on this site was to provide first, a great tool for pilots looking for aviation property.  Secondly, making it affordable for the real estate agents, agencies and private sellers to list their properties, and finally, making it easy to enter listings into the site.  I sincerely hope you feel we've met our goals.

   As a Mooney pilot, with a strong computer background from my military days, Aviation Acres gave me something to invest in that touched on all of my passions! And that's exactly what this company is for me, a passion.  My commitment to you is to continue my quest for implementing the most effective ways to drive this website for maximum exposure of your properties.
