The Runway has been recently mowed and as you can see, the approach that you are looking at is the East side where the valley is located.... so you have a clear and level approach landing West and departing East. The runway is wide and the trees are not encroaching the runway.
The Airstip is Level and has open approaches. The picture shows it a bit over grown, but it has been mowed recently and is best suited to a Super Cub, Kitfox, Citabria or Cessna 180 or 185.
No doubt many types of aircraft can operate here but any pilot does need to be mindful of Density Altitude on warm days. The property is at 5000 foot MSL.
